Kyungdong Navien, Ranked No.1 in Boiler Category at '2023 Korea Industry Customer Satisfaction'

Kyungdong Navien announced on the 21st that it has been selected as the No. 1 in the boiler category of the 'Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)' for a total of 11 times and 10 consecutive years. The KCSI, organized by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), is a customer satisfaction survey system implemented since 1992. Consumers directly evaluate their satisfaction with companies and their intention to repurchase products.


Kyungdong Navien recently introduced the 'Navien Condensing ON AI,' which changed the boiler paradigm to hot water. By simply pressing the quick button, hot water can be used within 10 seconds, reducing the time by 93% compared to conventional boilers. Even when hot water is used in multiple places in the house, a sufficient amount of hot water at a consistent temperature can be used without interruption.

Kyungdong Navien also applied AI technology to its boilers. The Navien Condensing ON AI calculates the gas usage for heating and hot water at the beginning of each month and estimates the expected gas bill. Based on this, it provides recommended boiler usage methods according to the indoor environment to help reduce heating costs.
