‘Munsuro Kumho Eoullim The First’ is being developed with 4 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 37 above-ground floors, consisting of 402 households with exclusive areas of 84㎡ A, B, and C types. The breakdown by type is ▲84㎡A with 140 households ▲84㎡B with 128 households ▲84㎡C with 134 households. It is planned as a green complex full of the joy of living a healthy life in harmony with nature.

In particular, the complex features a landmark space called the ‘Community Garden,’ which harmonizes water features and playgrounds to evoke a sense of familiarity and beautiful themes. It also includes various spaces such as resident exercise facilities, walking trails, and small resting areas. The space is designed with greenery and a variety of colorful trees to create a harmonious environment, applying an ecologically healthy eco-friendly planting plan. Additionally, by utilizing the site’s elevation differences, a car-free eco-friendly complex was created on the ground level (separating pedestrian and vehicle paths).
