Oh Seung-rok, Nowon-gu Mayor, Encourages Staff Integrity Training

Nowon District Mayor Oh Seung-rok to Attend 2023 Second Half Integrity Training on the 19th

On the 19th at 1:30 PM, Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon-gu, attended the '2023 Second Half Integrity Education' held in the main auditorium on the 2nd floor of Nowon-gu Office.

This education was conducted to help understand anti-corruption-related laws such as communication and empathy leadership for forming a healthy organizational culture and the code of conduct for public officials.

The education, conducted in two parts, held the first session targeting 323 senior staff of grade 6 and above and interested employees, focusing on 'Prohibition of Power Abuse Code of Conduct Education.'

Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon-gu, served as the instructor himself. Following this, Professor Kim Kyung-il, currently a professor in the Department of Psychology at Ajou University and popular for appearing on multiple broadcasts such as 'Eojjeoda Eoreun,' was invited to give a special lecture on the theme of 'Leadership in Future Society.'

In the second part, a professional instructor specializing in integrity education was invited to give a lecture on anti-corruption-related laws for newly appointed and promoted employees.

Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon-gu, stated, “The public service now requires a flexible organizational culture based on communication and empathy,” adding, “I hope senior public officials will wisely take the lead in changing the rigid culture without avoiding generational conflicts.”
