GS Construction announced on the 19th that it plans to launch sales of ‘Cheolsan Xi Briere’ located in Cheolsan-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi Province, in October.
‘Cheolsan Xi Briere’ is a complex redeveloping the Cheolsan Jugong 10 and 11 complexes in the area of 105 Cheolsan-dong. It will be built with a total of 1,490 households across 14 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 40 floors above ground. Among them, 393 units with an exclusive area of 59㎡ will be available for general sale.
The complex faces Seoul’s Guro-gu across the Anyangcheon Stream. It offers easy access to major hubs in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi via Anyangcheon-ro, Seobu Expressway, Nambu Beltway, and Seohaean Expressway. Through bus transfers, residents can quickly reach Cheolsan Station on Subway Line 7, Gaebong Station on Line 1, and Guil Station. Notably, Cheolsan Station on Line 7 is just one stop away from Gasan Digital Complex Station, an area dense with industrial complexes, and provides direct access without transfers to major business districts in Gangnam such as Express Bus Terminal Station, Nonhyeon Station, and Gangnam-gu Office Station.
Additionally, the complex is close to public offices including Gwangmyeong City Hall, community centers, Gwangmyeong Police Station, and post office. Within a 2 km radius, various lifestyle convenience facilities such as Costco, I’Park Mall, Mario Outlet, Lotte Factory Outlet, and Hyundai Outlet are located.
Educational facilities are also well established. Schools such as Gwangmyeongbuk Elementary, Middle, and High Schools are nearby, allowing for walking commutes. The proximity to academy districts near Cheolsan Station and Mok-dong is another advantage.
With Anyangcheon Stream right next to the complex, residents can easily use the bike paths and walking trails that extend to the Han River. Nearby parks such as Hyeonchung Neighborhood Park, Cheolsan Children’s Park, and Saseong Park provide a pleasant living environment.
