Listening to on-site stories and challenges to seek solutions
Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi) held the 197th Jungnang Masil with young entrepreneurs on the afternoon of the 18th.
Jungnang Masil is the district's representative communication channel, designed for the mayor to casually visit the neighborhood and comfortably engage with residents in open and honest conversations. It is conducted in a Q&A format, listening attentively to the voices of residents on-site.
On this day, Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi visited the Jungnang Startup Support Center and spent time talking with and encouraging about 20 young entrepreneurs residing in the center.
They shared opinions on various topics, from the operation of the Startup Support Center to the district's youth support policies, listened to the difficulties faced by early-stage entrepreneurs, and sought solutions together. Mayor Ryu and the young entrepreneurs emphasized the importance of a safe and secure startup space necessary until their businesses reach a stable stage, discussing the significance of the Jungnang Startup Support Center.
Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi of Jungnang-gu said, “It was a meaningful time to communicate directly on-site and understand the concerns and difficulties of young entrepreneurs. We will continue to do our best to support young people dreaming of their own businesses through various policies, including the Jungnang Startup Support Center.”
Jungnang-gu is implementing various policies to nurture and support young entrepreneurs, including operating the Jungnang Startup Support Center, hosting startup academies, and supporting non-technical young entrepreneurs.
