Cheongsong-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, will present the trot musical "Gyeongrodang Ponting Incident" as a planned performance at the Cheongsong Culture and Arts Center on the evening of the 21st at 7:30 PM in the main auditorium of the Cheongsong Culture and Arts Center.
"Gyeongrodang Ponting Incident" is a human comedy set against the lively backdrop of a senior citizens' center, humorously portraying the loneliness of elderly lives as twilight falls, and it is a performance that discusses the harshness of our society lacking communication and the story of true humanity.
This performance is styled as a jukebox concert musical comically depicting the story that unfolds when a phone bill amounting to hundreds of thousands of won arrives one day at the "Jangsu Apartment" senior citizens' center. The main cast includes actors Kim Seong-eun, widely known for her role as Midal in the drama "Soonpoong Obstetrics and Gynecology," Baek Bong-gi, Park Chae-won, Kim So-hee, Park Se-ung, Ji In-gyu, and Baek Eun-ji.
