An organization that arranged prostitution targeting airline flight attendants and beauty pageant contestants was caught in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

According to local media VN Express on the 18th, Ho Chi Minh police arrested 34-year-old male Nguyen Thanh Liem and 23-year-old female Ha Thuy Van Anh, another prostitution broker group involved with former beauty pageant winners, on charges of arranging prostitution while investigating a prostitution organization involving a former flight attendant.

Earlier, Ho Chi Minh police raided prostitution sites in buildings in District 7 and hotels in the Binh Chanh area, detaining two women with experience participating in beauty pageants.

During the investigation of these individuals, it was discovered that the prostitution brokerage organization was connected to other brokers who prostituted women from beauty pageants. Consequently, the police expanded their investigation into a prostitution brokerage organization involving beauty pageant winners, famous influencers, models, and flight attendants.

As a result, they detected circumstances of renting high-end apartments with strict security management for prostitution and arrested the group.

According to the police, former and current flight attendants provided prostitution services to clients for $1,000 to $3,000 (approximately 1.33 million to 3.99 million KRW).

Meanwhile, last year in Vietnam, Vu Nguyen Nhat Bi (22), who recruited 1,000 female university students to arrange prostitution, was caught, shocking the country.

She is accused of recruiting 1,500 women so far and arranging prostitution with men. Police investigations revealed that the majority of the prostituted women were university students. She recruited prostitution women through social media such as the Vietnamese chat app 'Zalo', Telegram, and Facebook.
