Deobon Korea's Richun Market announced on the 18th that it will launch a new menu item, 'Usamgyeop Daechang Mala Jeongol,' reflecting the unstoppable popularity of mala. The new menu is a sequel to the company's hit dish, Usamgyeop Mala Jeongol, and plans to further strengthen the lineup of mala dishes.

Usamgyeop Daechang Mala Jeongol features a numbing mala base broth reinterpreted in Richun Market's unique style, with high-quality beef brisket and beef large intestines added to enjoy a spicy yet savory umami flavor. Additionally, it is generously packed with essential mala ingredients such as fish balls, fuzhou, wood ear mushrooms, and fenmoza, delivering an even deeper taste. Adding noodles or pairing with Guobaorou or chili-laden Yuringi offers a unique combination of flavors.
Along with the new menu, Richun Market also introduces 'Instant Mala Tteokbokki,' topped generously with fish cake skewers and fried green onion strips on tteokbokki with a special mala seasoning that evenly infuses excellent umami, and 'Chicken Mala Bibim Noodles,' which mixes crispy fried chicken and Chinese noodles with a savory sesame-based Zimaji and mala combination sauce. Even consumers unfamiliar with mala can experience an addictive and unique mala flavor festival that grows on them with every bite.
To celebrate the launch of the new menu, Richun Market is also holding an event where customers who order Usamgyeop Daechang Mala Jeongol along with two selected dishes from the cooking & side menu will receive one complimentary highball.
