Taeyoung Construction announced on the 18th that it plans to sell units of 'Gumi Grand Foret Desiang' through the private park development project at Gyeongbuk Gumi Kkotdongsan Park in early October. The complex consists of a total of 3 complexes with 2,643 households, with Complex 1, consisting of 1,350 households, being sold first.
Gumi Grand Foret Desiang will be developed with a total of 3 complexes, ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 40 floors above ground, 21 buildings, and 2,643 households. By complex, △ Complex 1 will have 1,350 households with exclusive areas of 84~110㎡ △ Complex 2 will have 1,032 households △ Complex 3 will have 261 households.
Gumi Grand Foret Desiang is developed together with Kkotdongsan Park, which spans 500,000㎡ (approximately 150,000 pyeong), providing a pleasant residential environment and allowing residents to enjoy a large-scale ecological park the size of 77 soccer fields as their backyard. Kkotdongsan Park will feature six diverse themed spaces, including a children's library and a nature learning yard.
Doryang-dong is one of the preferred residential areas in Gumi. Gumi Middle School, Gumi High School, and Gumi Girls' High School, as well as Munjang Elementary School and Yaeun Elementary School, are within walking distance, and the academy districts of Doryang-dong and Bonggok-dong are nearby.
