Yoon In-chon, Minister of Culture Candidate, Reports Assets of 16.2 Billion Won Including Apgujeong Hyundai Apartment

Yoo In-chon, the nominee for Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, reported assets worth 16.26 billion KRW. According to the personnel hearing request submitted to the National Assembly on the 16th, Yoo stated that he owns assets worth 7.19 billion KRW under his name and 9.07 billion KRW under his spouse's name.

Yoo owns an apartment in Apgujeong Hyundai, Gangnam, Seoul (2.87 billion KRW) and forest land worth 30 million KRW in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province. Stocks worth 3.42 billion KRW make up the largest portion. Deposits amount to 1.45 billion KRW, and he also holds a condominium membership at Yongpyong Resort valued at 97 million KRW.

The spouse owns an apartment in Trimage, Seongdong, Seoul, where Yoo is registered (4.5 billion KRW). She also declared a commercial property worth 820 million KRW in Jung-gu, Seoul. Deposits total 2.85 billion KRW, and stocks are worth 740 million KRW. She also listed a condominium membership at Sae Seoul Leisure valued at 120 million KRW as part of the assets.

Due to independent livelihood reasons, the two sons were excluded from the asset declaration and both have completed their military service as army sergeants.
