In areas with rain, there will be gusts of wind accompanied by thunder and lightning, and very heavy rain is expected in some places.
Expected rainfall until the 18th is 20 to 80 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon Province, and Chungcheong region, and 5 to 40 mm on the five islands in the West Sea. Daejeon, southern inland Chungnam, and Chungbuk may receive over 120 mm, and southern Gangwon may see over 100 mm of rain in some areas.
Jeolla region, Daegu, Gyeongbuk, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo are forecasted to receive 30 to 80 mm (with some areas over 100 mm), Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam 50 to 100 mm (with some areas over 150 mm), and Jeju Island 5 to 60 mm of rain.
The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between 20 and 24 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 24 and 30 degrees Celsius.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters. Wave heights in the inner offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea.
