On the 15th, Lotte Construction released a music video titled "Together, Us" on its official YouTube channel "Lotte Construction TV" to commemorate its 64th anniversary.
This music video was planned under the theme "Lotte Construction, United and Moving Toward the Future" to promote communication and harmony among employees. The video added emotional depth by featuring scenes of employees practicing and recording, as well as various corporate culture activities of Lotte Construction.
Fifteen employees from both the field and headquarters participated in the choir music video, playing not only vocals but also guitar, keyboard, and drums themselves. Most of the participating employees were winners of last year's employee participation singing contest, "Lotte Masked Singer," showcasing their excellent singing skills.
One employee who participated in the choir said, "It was a meaningful time to take part in a song created for the anniversary, and I hope the harmony created by many people together becomes a positive energy for the employees."
Park Hyun-chul, Vice Chairman of Lotte Construction, said, "Today, marking the 64th anniversary, I hope it becomes a new starting point for Lotte Construction to become a 'better company' with a 100-year tradition," and added, "I once again thank all employees for their hard work and dedication."
At the anniversary event, awards were given to employees and partner companies for their efforts. A total of 404 people were recognized, including Lotte Construction Employees of the Year, long-term service awards, model employees, and outstanding technical development employees. In addition, awards were also presented to 13 long-term partner companies with over 20 years of collaboration.
