'PH129' Breaks 14.5 Billion KRW Record

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction price disclosure system on the 14th, a 268㎡ unit in Parc Hannam was traded for 18 billion KRW on the 17th of last month. This is the highest price ever reported to the Ministry. Previously, the highest recorded sale price was 14.5 billion KRW for a 273㎡ unit in PH129 (The Penthouse Cheongdam) in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, recorded in April last year.
All seven transactions of Parc Hannam since 2021 have exceeded 10 billion KRW. In September 2021, it attracted attention when Bang Si-hyuk, chairman of HYBE, purchased a unit. It is known that Psy and Taeyang also reside there.
Parc Hannam is located in UN Village, Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It was completed in June 2020. The building has three basement floors and six above-ground floors with a total of 17 households. Every unit offers a view of the Han River. There are 100 parking spaces, which amounts to 5.88 spaces per household, making it the villa with the most parking spaces currently available. The floor area ratio is 162%.
