Hwasun-gun to Support Housing Costs up to 200,000 KRW per Month for Young Employees for One Year

For Working Youth Aged 18 to 39 Living in Rental Housing Without Home Ownership

On the 13th, Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it will additionally recruit candidates for the 'Youth Employment Housing Cost Support Project.'


The 'Youth Employment Housing Cost Support Project' provides up to 200,000 KRW per month for 12 months to working youth residing in Hwasun-gun to assist with housing costs (jeonse or monthly rent).


This project is promoted to reduce the economic burden on youth and help them settle stably in Hwasun.

The recruitment scale is 9 people, and the eligibility criteria are workers or business owners aged 18 to 39 residing in Hwasun-gun, living in jeonse housing (with a loan of 50 million KRW or more) or monthly rent housing (60 million KRW or less), and with an income below 150% of the median income.


Homeowners or those who are recipients of similar housing-related government or local government projects are excluded.


The application submission period is from the 11th until 6 p.m. on the 19th.


Applicants can refer to the Hwasun-gun Office website and submit their applications by visiting the administrative welfare center of their local eup or myeon.
