Taewoong Logics, MOU to Enhance ISO Tank Container Logistics Competitiveness

Taewoong Logistics, a comprehensive logistics service company, announced on the 13th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Ocean Business Corporation and the Korea Development Bank to enhance competitiveness in the ISO tank container and domestic and international logistics infrastructure businesses.


The signing ceremony, held at Taewoong Logistics' headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul, was attended by Taewoong Logistics President Jo Yong-jun, Korea Ocean Business Corporation’s Head of Business Operations Yoon Sang-ho, and Korea Development Bank’s Head of Marine Industry Finance Park Jong-man.


According to the agreement, the three parties aim to provide a stable supply chain and enhance competitiveness for domestic import and export companies. They plan to cooperate on ▲ exchanging information and discovering business opportunities related to ISO tank containers and domestic and international logistics infrastructure businesses ▲ developing projects to support logistics for strategic export and import companies such as semiconductors and secondary batteries ▲ exploring financial structures and investment support to facilitate the smooth promotion of the aforementioned businesses.


Han Jae-dong, CEO of Taewoong Logistics, stated, “We plan to explore various measures with the Korea Ocean Business Corporation and Korea Development Bank to foster growth in the ISO tank container logistics industry. We expect this business agreement to create opportunities for the industry and companies to grow together.”
