Professor Choi Jeong-bae and Overseas Employment Team Leader Kim Jeong-mi at Dongseo University received Ministerial Awards in the government commendation for job creation and vocational competency development.
On the 13th, Dongseo University announced that Professor Choi and Team Leader Kim received the Minister of Employment and Labor Awards in the categories of vocational competency development and youth employment promotion (overseas advancement), respectively.
Professor Choi has led the IPP-type work-study parallel project for six years, establishing an industry-academia cooperation system with 219 companies and strengthening the on-site job competencies of 735 young people.
Team Leader Kim was recognized for actively supporting students' overseas advancement projects through various overseas employment programs such as K-Move School and Busan City overseas employment projects, dispatching over 270 students abroad and achieving significant overseas employment results.
