Support for Promotion to Foster Early Startup Growth
Including Talent Recruitment and Follow-up Investment Attraction
Allicon (CEO Kim Seong-min and Jo Min-hee) announced on the 13th that it will launch the 'RocketPunch Rising Startup Growth Support Program' to help early startups with talent recruitment and follow-up investment attraction, among other aspects of corporate growth. Allicon operates the real-name based career social network platform 'RocketPunch' and the distributed office brand 'Jibmusil'.
This program supports early startups by utilizing the RocketPunch platform and network to promote their companies and businesses. It targets early startups with annual sales under 10 billion KRW, fewer than 50 employees, and cumulative investment under 3 billion KRW, from seed investment to Series A funding.
The goal of this service is to increase awareness of the company among key targets such as investors, potential customers, and job seekers. To this end, it supports the development of individual content that tells the company's story beyond simple company introduction pages, including interviews with employees, service introductions, founding missions, and corporate philosophy. Opportunities will be provided to showcase various promotional materials appealing to job seekers and investors, such as office tours, working methods, and current employees’ job introductions and experiences.
Promotional content related to the company will be sent regularly via newsletters to over 500,000 RocketPunch members. Online and offline recruitment and promotional fairs connecting job seekers and the company are also planned. Startups wishing to use the RocketPunch startup growth support service can apply monthly through the application page within RocketPunch starting this month. Allicon plans to select about 20 startups each month and provide related services annually. Lee Sang-beom, Director of Allicon, who oversees this service launch, said, "We will leverage insights gained from operating RocketPunch regarding startup success and failure to support early startups," adding, "We will continue to discover various programs that support early startup growth beyond recruitment."
