Daewoong Pharmaceutical to Conduct New Employee Recruitment Across All Departments in Second Half of Year... Applications Accepted Until 20th This Month

Daewoong Pharmaceutical announced on the 13th that it will conduct its 2023 second half new employee recruitment until the 20th of this month. The fields include sales, marketing, research, development, production, and management across all departments, with the number of recruits in double digits. The recruitment began on the 4th.

The recruitment process starts with document screening, followed by aptitude tests, interviews, and a 3-month internship, with evaluations at each stage leading to official hiring. Daewoong Pharmaceutical explained that it has attempted changes to provide convenience to applicants throughout the entire process.


The aptitude test can be conveniently taken online at the applicant’s preferred location. The one-day (1-DAY) interview, which received high satisfaction from applicants, will be maintained in this recruitment as well. The one-day interview allows students balancing academics and job preparation or job seekers living in provincial areas to express their abilities through various forms of interviews in one day without multiple visits to the company.


Additionally, to communicate quickly with job seekers, Daewoong Pharmaceutical has launched and operates the KakaoTalk channel 'Daewoong Pharmaceutical Recruitment' and produced a recruitment Q&A video to provide more detailed recruitment information. In particular, they collaborated with the famous employment-related YouTuber 'Insadamdangja Jacob' to hold an online live recruitment briefing session.


To provide realistic information, Daewoong Pharmaceutical held a company exploration program on the 6th. The program, held at Daewoong Pharmaceutical’s headquarters in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, consisted of ▲ meetings with current employees ▲ a tour of the office building ▲ and an experience of a customized exercise program for employees.


During the meeting with current employees, job-specific representatives with various years of experience shared their job preparation experiences and work details with participants. Through a Q&A session with the head of HR, recruitment criteria, how to write self-introduction letters, Daewoong Pharmaceutical’s unique corporate culture, and strengths were introduced. During the office tour, participants directly experienced the smart office space and in-house convenience facilities, getting a feel for the employees’ working environment. In the customized exercise program session, participants experienced the program operated for employee health management firsthand.
