North Korean State Affairs Commission Chairman Kim Jong-un, who visited Russia for the first time in 4 years and 5 months, appeared on the 12th (local time).

Russian media RBK released a video on Telegram showing Chairman Kim arriving in Russia and greeting Russian officials.

RBK explained, "Alexander Kozlov, Russian Minister of Natural Resources, released footage of Chairman Kim's arrival in Russia's Primorsky Krai."

Chairman Kim, who departed North Korea on the 10th by a special train heading to Russia, was reportedly welcomed at Hasan Station in Primorsky Krai after crossing the border that morning.
