Providing Exclusive Specialized Products and Experiential Content
Hyundai Department Store announced on the 12th that it will officially open 'RSVP,' a closed online mall accessible only to VIP customers, on its official online mall 'The Hyundai.com.'
RSVP is an abbreviation of the French phrase 'Repondez S'il Vous Plait' (Please respond to the invitation), meaning inviting premium customers to a special space. Hyundai Department Store VIP membership (Jasmine, Sage, Green, Club YP) customers who sign up on The Hyundai.com will be automatically redirected to the RSVP exclusive screen when accessing The Hyundai.com application (app) or website.
Through RSVP, Hyundai Department Store will showcase over 330 brands' VIP-exclusive specialized products visible only to VIP customers. The customer groups are segmented to offer different recommended brands and displayed products, curating selected items for each customer group. Additionally, RSVP features premium products in categories such as music, art, and living that can only be found exclusively on RSVP. Representative exclusive products include the Grand Utopia speakers from Focal, one of the world's top three high-end audio manufacturers, and grand pianos from Steinway & Sons, a world-renowned piano maker.

They also offer over 80 premium products that combine travel and cultural experiences with online and offline linkage. For example, docent tours for blue-chip artworks priced over 100 million KRW help customers better understand the pieces, and high-end audio product listening programs provide a special shopping experience. Luxury lifestyle content products such as yachts and high-end mobile homes called ‘Cabin,’ which were not available in existing department store stores, are also proposed. The blue-chip art collection includes original works by masters leading the global art market. Representative original works include ‘Myobeop’ by Park Seo-bo, a master of Dansaekhwa (monochrome painting), ‘Water Drops’ by Kim Chang-yeol, a master of abstract art, and ‘From Line’ by Lee Ufan, a master of dots and lines.
Benefits such as early previews and pre-orders of new or limited products from luxury brands are also provided. Services to enhance VIP customers' shopping convenience will be gradually strengthened, including ‘Private Live Trunk Shows’ where products can be seen online first, ‘Private Auctions’ for blue-chip artworks, and a VIP customer center operating year-round.
A Hyundai Department Store official said, “VIP customers are not simply those with high purchasing power but those who enjoy premium culture and invest generously in a high-quality lifestyle. As the proportion of VIP customers familiar with digital platforms has recently increased, Hyundai Department Store aims to provide special products and services to VIP customers online through RSVP.”
