The volunteers are responsible for the safety and convenience of visitors, focusing on the theme pavilion and themed experience halls at the Integrative Medicine Convention Center, while also carrying out environmental cleanup activities within the venue.

Despite the hot weather, volunteers receive daily morning training on volunteer guidelines and assist in maintaining order and ensuring the smooth progress of the festival throughout the expo site.

One volunteer said, "As a resident of Jangheung-gun, I feel rewarded to promote our county and provide convenience to visitors," adding, "I plan to continue volunteering until the expo concludes to ensure visitors do not experience any inconvenience."

Governor Kim Seong encouraged, "Thanks to the activities of the volunteers, the expo is proceeding smoothly. I hope everyone will continue to do their best with a sense of duty during the remaining period."
