[Tomorrow's Weather] Cloudy Skies... Daytime Heat Around 30 Degrees

Caution Needed for Traffic Safety Due to Fog

On Monday the 11th, there will be occasional clouds nationwide, with daytime temperatures rising to around 30 degrees Celsius in many areas. Many regions, including Seoul (30°C), Suwon (30°C), Cheongju (31°C), Daejeon (30°C), and Jeonju (31°C), are expected to exceed 30 degrees during the day.


From early morning to afternoon, about 5mm of rain may fall in the eastern and mountainous areas of Jeju Island. The southeastern coast of Jeollanam-do is expected to receive less than 0.1mm of rain in the early morning.


In the eastern Gyeonggi region, Gangwon mountainous areas, Jeollanam-do region, inland eastern Gyeongsangbuk-do, and inland Gyeongsangnam-do, there may be showers in the afternoon. Expected precipitation amounts are around 5mm in eastern Gyeonggi and Gangwon mountainous areas, and 5 to 20mm in Gwangju, Jeollanam-do, inland eastern Gyeongsangbuk-do, and inland Gyeongsangnam-do.

Morning low temperatures are expected to range from 18 to 23 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 27 to 31 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' nationwide.


From early morning to morning, dense fog with visibility below 200 meters may occur in Chungbuk, eastern Jeonbuk, and inland Gyeongsang regions. Other inland areas may also experience fog with visibility under 1 km, so caution is advised for traffic safety.


Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters. The expected wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200km from the coastline) are 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
