- Jeonnam Province Announces 1.7 Trillion Investment for 'Hampyeong Future Development Vision'

On the 8th of September (Friday), 'Vision City Mirae Prezi-an,' the first private rental apartment in the region benefiting from the 'Hampyeong Future Development Vision' announced on the 5th, successfully opened.
'Vision City Mirae Prezi-an' is a 10-year lease-type private rental apartment consisting of six buildings from basement level 1 to ground level 20, offering a total of 419 units in highly preferred 59m² and 84m² A, B, and C types. As the first private rental in the region, it is not included in the housing supply count, carries no various tax burdens, and allows resale. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account. According to the 'Hampyeong Future Regional Development Vision' announced by the Governor of Jeollanam-do on the 5th, an investment of 1.71 trillion KRW will be made by 2040 to promote development encompassing a future convergence advanced new city with a resident population of over 10,000, agriculture and livestock, marine tourism, advanced industries, and social overhead capital facilities (SOC).
The complex also absorbs abundant demand from the Bitgreen National Industrial Complex and the 'Future Car Materials, Parts, and Equipment Specialized Complex' being developed nearby. The Bitgreen National Industrial Complex, spanning 4,071,539㎡ in Samgeo-dong and Deoklim-dong of Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, and Wolya-myeon of Hampyeong-gun, will house factories for automobiles, new materials, digital information appliances, advanced parts, and optical industries. The recent accelerated relocation of Kumho Tire’s Gwangju factory within the Bitgreen National Industrial Complex has further raised expectations.
