Daegu Chamber of Commerce International Trade Committee Volunteers Free Meals for 1,000 Low-Income Individuals

The International Trade Committee of the Daegu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Chairman Han Do-jun, CEO of Samik Kiryu) conducted a free meal service volunteer activity on the 6th in front of the Daegu Culture and Arts Center at Duryu Park, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, together with the Daegu Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Social Contribution Committee.


On this day, they donated meal funds to the Daegu branch of the Korean Red Cross and provided meal service to about 1,000 vulnerable people, including elderly living alone, homeless people, and persons with disabilities.

Han Do-jun, Chairman of the International Trade Committee of the Daegu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said, “I feel very honored to participate in the meal service to care for marginalized neighbors and share warm love,” adding, “In the future, our businesspeople will continue to work hard to share love by being with neighbors who need attention.”
