Gyeonggi-do Launches 'Free Legal Consultation Online Integrated Reservation Service' Starting from the 7th Reservation Screen for Free Legal Consultation in Gyeonggi-do

Gyeonggi Province will launch a free legal consultation online integrated reservation service starting from the 7th.

On the 6th, Gyeonggi Province announced that it will introduce the "Gyeonggi Province Free Legal Consultation Online Integrated Reservation Service," which allows residents in need of legal consultation to view and make reservations for free legal consultation services operated separately by the province and its cities and counties all in one place.

Until now, Gyeonggi Province has provided legal consultation services through advance reservations via the Gyeonggi Call Center (031-120), while cities and counties have offered services through individual phone reservations or on a first-come, first-served basis. However, from now on, reservations can also be made online in addition to the existing methods.

To use the online reservation service, users must sign up on the Gyeonggi Shared Service (share.gg.go.kr), then check the details and schedules of free legal consultation services provided by Gyeonggi Province and 19 cities and counties under the free legal service menu. They can then make a reservation for consultation in a convenient area, on a desired date, and in a preferred field.

Meanwhile, the Gyeonggi Shared Service is an integrated reservation service that allows any Gyeonggi resident to conveniently book public resources such as conference rooms, sports facilities, public wedding halls, and course applications anytime and anywhere via computer or smartphone. Over 3,000 public resources are registered on the platform.

A Gyeonggi Province official stated, "We aimed to eliminate the inconvenience of visiting multiple free legal consultation centers and making inquiries and reservations at each institution by enabling users to check everything in one place." They added, "With the improved accessibility and convenience of legal services through the online reservation service, we will strive to enhance the quality of legal consultations as well."

Gyeonggi Province plans to further expand the Gyeonggi Shared Service to allow online reservation applications not only for existing public resources such as conference rooms but also for administrative services provided by public institutions.
