GC Cell announced on the 5th that it received a certification plaque in recognition of its efforts to build a good organizational culture and increase youth employment at the '2023 Korea Job Excellence Company Certification Ceremony' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, held at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the 4th.

The Korea Job Excellence Company is a system established by the Ministry of Employment and Labor since 2018, selecting and announcing 100 companies annually that lead the creation of quality jobs to encourage them and share and spread their achievements.
GC Cell was selected as a 2023 Korea Job Excellence Company in recognition of its achievements in job creation based on evaluations in nine areas including employment stability, job creation efforts, and work-life balance. Last year, GC Cell hired 86% of its new employees as youth, earning high recognition for its consideration of youth jobs, fair recruitment methods to hire excellent talent, and efforts to create a good organizational culture. The company is also implementing improvements in childcare environment through operating an in-house daycare center and enhancing employee welfare through health management for executives and staff.
