The Dong-Eui Institute of Technology Future Vehicle On-site Workforce Training Project Group conducted the 8th advanced training session of the 3rd year of the 'Future Vehicle On-site Workforce Training Project' over two days from August 31 to September 1.
The Korea Electronics and Telecommunications Industry Promotion Association selected Daelim University, Inha Technical College, Ajou Motor College, and Dong-Eui Institute of Technology as base training institutions for the Future Vehicle On-site Workforce Training Project in January 2021 and carried out the project.
Subsequently, in March 2022, Dong Seoul University and Yeungnam College of Science and Technology were additionally selected, making a total of six base training institutions that conducted the second-year project. This year, Gyeonggi Science and Technology University and the Korea Automotive Technology Institute were also newly selected as training institutions.
On this day, the project group cooperated with the Gyeongsangnam-do Bus Transportation Business Association to provide training focused on the structure of electric buses and the fault diagnosis process to employees working as mechanics at bus companies in Gyeongsangnam-do. Additionally, specialized training for industry workers and university students on electric vehicles will be conducted.
The training for industry workers is open to anyone employed in the automobile maintenance and repair field, and the training for students is open to any university student interested in future vehicles.
