Maximum Monthly Housing Loan Interest of 250,000 KRW
Gurye-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it will recruit 5 households eligible for the '2023 Newlywed Couples and Multi-Child Families Housing Support Project' from the 1st to October 18th.
The 'Newlywed Couples and Multi-Child Families Housing Support Project' is a program that supports loan interest payments up to 250,000 KRW per month for a maximum of 36 months for housing purchases by newlywed couples without homes and multi-child families.
The eligible applicants are newlywed couples without homes (within 7 years of marriage registration) or multi-child families (with 2 or more minor children, at least one child under 12 years old) who purchased a house in Gurye-gun priced at 600 million KRW or less between October 2022 and September 2023, and have passed loan screening by the Korea Housing Finance Corporation or similar institutions.
However, households owning multiple homes, low-income housing benefit recipients, households previously selected for the Newlywed Couples and Multi-Child Families Housing Support Project, and those eligible for similar government or local government housing-related programs are excluded.
Applicants wishing to apply should submit the application form and related documents to the local town or township office of their residence.
Gurye-gun plans to select recipients based on income criteria and provide support funds in December.
An official from the county stated, "We will continue to develop and support various policies to alleviate the housing cost burden for newlywed couples and multi-child families."
