Governor Kim Seong Encourages Enjoying Life-Enhancing Experiences at Integrative Medicine Expo

Kim Seong, the governor of Jangheung County, participated as a one-day honorary commentator for professional baseball on the 31st of last month to promote the ‘2023 Korea Integrated Medicine Expo.’

Visiting the CMB Gwangju-Jeonnam Broadcasting professional baseball broadcast booth, Governor Kim Seong collaborated with commentator Kim Seong-han and caster Shin Jo-han.

On that day, the KIA Tigers hosted the NC Dinos at their home stadium, Gwangju Kia Champions Field, securing a decisive 13-3 victory.

During the baseball broadcast, active promotion was made for the ‘2023 Korea Integrated Medicine Expo,’ which will be held in Jangheung County from the 8th to the 14th of next month.

Governor Kim said, “This year’s expo is Korea’s premier health expo where you can see, hear, and experience integrated medicine all in one place,” adding, “I hope people check their personal health and directly experience people-centered integrated medicine at the Integrated Medicine Expo.”

Jangheung County is hosting the 2023 Korea Integrated Medicine Expo under the theme ‘Jangheung, the Mecca of Integrated Medicine, Opening the Field for a Healthy Life,’ operating a total of eight pavilions including the Integrated Medicine Pavilion, Complementary and Alternative Medicine Pavilion, and Anti-Aging Beauty Pavilion.

Experience-oriented programs such as iris diagnosis, meridian massage, Western and Korean internal medicine, and rehabilitation have gained high popularity among visitors every year.

This year, 130 institutions nationwide, including hospitals, universities, public health centers, and medical industry organizations, are participating in the expo, promising a wider variety of medical experiences.

Governor Kim said, “This year’s Integrated Medicine Expo will guide you to the center of a healthy life,” and added, “I hope you enjoy a special experience of becoming healthier in Jangheung, the mother’s embrace.”
