Gyeonggi Office of Education to Expand Private School Teacher Exchanges Next Year... Holds Briefing Session On the 29th, the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education announced the 'Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education-type Teacher Exchange' policy, an innovation plan for the personnel system of private school teachers, at Yushin High School in Suwon.

The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education held an information session ahead of the introduction of the private school teacher exchange policy next year.


On the 29th, the Office of Education held the session at Yushin High School in Suwon, announcing the 'Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education-type Teacher Exchange' policy, an innovation plan for the personnel system of private school teachers.


Representatives from 226 private schools in the province, including 3 elementary schools, 87 middle schools, and 136 high schools, as well as personnel officers from 25 education support offices, attended the session.


Kim Chang-su, vice principal of Paju Girls' High School, who spoke at the session, shared from his experience as a dispatched teacher from another corporation that "the period as a dispatched teacher was a time that enhanced professional expertise in teaching," and added, "I want to recommend this good system to junior teachers as soon as possible."


Meanwhile, the Office of Education will implement teacher exchange nationwide for the first time starting next year to promote the growth and development of private schools.
