Food tech company SIR.LOIN announced that it will launch the ‘Chuseok Aged Hanwoo Gift Set’ from the 22nd to October 3rd in celebration of the Chuseok holiday.


The aged Hanwoo gift set sold out early during the Lunar New Year as well, marking five consecutive years of sell-outs. To reward consumers, an early bird period offers an immediate 3% discount plus an additional 3% coupon, and services are expanded to make gifting more convenient during the holiday.


The ‘Gift Service’ and ‘Delivery Date Selection Service’ are the most notable features. Even without knowing the recipient’s address, you can send your gift by just using their phone number and choose the delivery date, greatly enhancing convenience. SIR.LOIN is the only Hanwoo D2C brand offering a delivery date selection gift service.


Especially, this year’s SIR.LOIN Chuseok Aged Hanwoo Gift Set is presented under the slogan “[ ]If you know the difference, SIR.LOIN,” featuring three key themes that embody the brand’s unique services and sensibility.


First, as fresh food, the gift set emphasizes ‘quality’ by including premium Hanwoo selected from over 80,000 domestic Hanwoo farms using Vision AI, and applying SIR.LOIN’s exclusive BIO aging technology. The aged meat is tender with rich juices and umami, and SIR.LOIN carefully trims the meat according to its own detailed standards to highlight the characteristics of each cut. Additionally, the meat is vacuum skin-packed and can be stored refrigerated for up to two weeks.

The renewed packaging, which reinterprets Korean beauty, emphasizes a ‘delicate’ difference. The vivid orange sleeve contrasts with the red aged meat, and special attention was paid to the presentation so that the product looks neat when opened, fitting for a premium set. Above all, a specially made card for Chuseok includes an engraving service to express gratitude, aiming to gift an emotional experience to the recipient.


The difference in customer satisfaction with the aged Hanwoo gift set is proven by numbers and records. Cumulative sales have exceeded 100,000 sets, with sales breaking records every holiday season. Transactions are active not only with general consumers but also with corporations. The Chuseok Aged Hanwoo Gift Sets on sale this time come in a total of 10 types, with prices ranging from around 100,000 KRW to about 1,000,000 KRW, offering a wide selection. The early bird event runs from August 22 to September 6, followed by the regular promotion from September 7 to October 3.
