BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seong-bin) announced on the 28th that it will launch the ‘Hartistm’ service on Busan Bank Mobile Banking Life to promote and support artists with developmental disabilities.

BNK Busan Bank Supports Artists with Developmental Disabilities... Launches 'Heartism' Service BNK Busan Bank has launched the 'Hartism' service to support artists with developmental disabilities.

The ‘Hartistm’ service, conducted in collaboration with the developmental disability artist agency ‘Thisabled,’ introduces artists with developmental disabilities and their works, embodying the meaning of art as freely and honestly drawing what one wants to express.

To commemorate the launch of the service, Busan Bank plans to hold the ‘Heart Filling’ event twice by the end of June 2024.

By clicking the ‘Heart Filling’ button in the ‘Hartistm’ service, 150 customers per round will be randomly selected in real-time to receive one of two items: a glass cup or a passport case engraved with artwork by artists with developmental disabilities.

Additionally, one participant selected by lottery per round will receive an extra piece of artwork from the artist after the event concludes.

Anyone who is a customer of Busan Bank Mobile Banking can participate in this event, and detailed information about the event can be found in the ‘Hartistm’ section of Mobile Banking Life.

No Jun-seop, Head of Customer Support at Busan Bank, stated, “We hope that the launch of the ‘Hartistm’ service will expand social activity opportunities for artists with developmental disabilities,” adding, “Busan Bank will continue to discover practical financial services for marginalized groups.”

Busan Bank plans to launch the ‘ESG Happiness Painting Savings’ in October in partnership with Thisabled to support children with developmental disabilities and promote the economic independence of artists with developmental disabilities through the issuance of Art NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
