KB Financial's 'Dondokhan Friends, Star Friends' Video Surpasses 5 Million Views

KB Financial Group announced on the 28th that the video 'Dondokhan Friends, Star Friends,' released on their YouTube channel, surpassed 5 million views in just 4 weeks.

This video is a noir genre content depicting the heroic efforts of Star Friends in KB Financial's super app ‘KB Star Banking’ as they fight against automatic transfer groups to protect customers' money (Donie). Actor Lee Kwang-soo plays the role of Star Friends' Kiki. The campaign, which begins with Kiki's shout, "Because we are financial characters, we protect money," features noir film-style direction and performances by Lee Kwang-soo and child actress Park So-ye. The video was also produced in Indonesian.

A KB Financial official said, "Planning a video that best aligns with the core values of finance while incorporating fun seems to have resonated with many people," adding, "We will continue to communicate with the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) through various content that reflects the interests and tastes of future customers, featuring unique worlds and stories."
