Hugel Holds Focus Group Seminar on Toxin, Filler, and Booster in Busan

The Huugel Focus Group Seminar is a regional academic event organized to share the latest techniques and trends related to beauty and plastic surgery. Following the first Focus Group Seminar held in Daejeon in March this year, the second event took place in Busan with about 100 healthcare professionals (HCPs) attending under the theme ‘Turn off the filter, and find your beauty persona.’

This academic seminar featured various lectures tailored to the beauty personas preferred by men and women in their 40s and 50s through academy sessions and hands-on skin injection experience sessions. The speakers introduced ways to address skin concerns of the 40s and 50s generation using procedures such as botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, lifting threads, and skin boosters.

In the academy session, presentations followed starting with Dr. Jung Yoon-hee of Well Clinic on ‘Utilizing Botulinum Toxin for Hair Loss Treatment,’ then Dr. Ahn Tae-hwan, director of Fresh ENT Plastic Surgery Clinic, on ‘HA Fillers Chosen by Rhinoplasty Experts,’ Dr. Choi Woo-sik of Lamar Clinic on ‘Silhouette Lifting Know-how for the 40s and 50s Generation through Anatomical Approach,’ and Dr. Park Hyun-joon, director of Mayrin Clinic Cheongdam, on ‘Skin Rejuvenation Using HA Skin Boosters.’

During the hands-on injection experience session, Dr. Park Hyun-joon and Dr. Choi Woo-sik detailed the procedural know-how and clinical cases using Huugel’s HA skin booster ‘Bylizen’ and absorbable suture ‘Blue Rose,’ allowing participants to directly experiment with product injection sensations on skin models.
