Hyundai Motor to Conduct Continuous Recruitment for New Employees in September... 26 Positions Including R&D

Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 28th that it will accept applications for the September new employee continuous recruitment through the official Hyundai Motor recruitment website for two weeks from the 1st to the 14th of next month.


This recruitment targets a total of 26 positions across six fields: ▲Research and Development ▲Design ▲Production and Manufacturing ▲Business and Planning ▲Management Support ▲IT. Eligible applicants are those who have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree domestically or internationally, or are expected to graduate in February 2024. Detailed information on qualifications and job duties by field can be found on the Hyundai Motor recruitment website.


During the recruitment period, Hyundai Motor plans to provide detailed information needed by job seekers by holding a Job Fair and a Metaverse recruitment briefing session, with participation from current employees and HR personnel.


The Job Fair, which Hyundai Motor is resuming for the first time in six years since 2017, will be held for three days from the 8th to the 10th of next month at Scene, a complex cultural space in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. The Job Fair will be operated in the form of a pop-up store, featuring ▲a pop-up exhibition introducing the work, growth, and corporate culture of Hyundai Motor employees ▲and communication programs with current employees.


The communication programs with current employees will be conducted for pre-registered participants and include ▲reverse interviews discussing jobs with current employees ▲and Team Hyundai Talks, where participants can hear growth stories of Hyundai Motor employees.


Hyundai Motor will also hold a Metaverse recruitment briefing session online for two days from the 5th to the 6th of next month, enabling communication with current employees without spatial or temporal constraints. The Metaverse recruitment briefing session consists of four programs: ▲a recruitment presentation where current employees introduce recruitment positions ▲a job consultation space for communication between current employees and applicants ▲an HR consultation space for recruitment counseling or mock interviews with HR personnel ▲and a recruitment information center where Hyundai Motor recruitment information can be accessed.


Hyundai Motor has been recruiting new university graduates on the first day of each quarter under the 'predictable continuous recruitment' principle introduced in July last year. A Hyundai Motor official stated, "This recruitment aims to secure outstanding talent to strengthen future mobility competitiveness," adding, "We plan to improve the recruitment process considering the applicant's perspective and create differentiated recruitment content to secure excellent talent."
