Yongin City Selects Outstanding Local Small and Medium Enterprises

Selection of 10 Companies by the 15th of Next Month
Benefits Including 3-Year Deferral of Local Tax Audits

Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 28th that it will select 10 local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to receive the '2023 Yongin City Excellent Company Certification.'

Companies selected as excellent will receive benefits for three years, including ▲priority support for SME special guarantees and interest subsidies ▲extra points in various support projects ▲50% discount on parking fees at Yongin City public parking lots ▲a three-year deferral of local tax audits.

Applicants must be SMEs that have had their headquarters or operated factories in Yongin City for more than two years. Applications are accepted through the Yongin City Enterprise Support System (ybs.ypa.or.kr) until the 15th of next month.

The city will select the final 10 companies through document screening and on-site inspections based on management performance, technology and quality control, employee welfare, and contribution to the local community, and plans to present certification plaques in November.

A city official said, “We will continue to do our best to widely promote excellent SMEs and provide various benefits, as well as to establish practical corporate support policies.”
