In the last week of August, a total of 4,496 households across 7 complexes nationwide will begin pre-sale.

On the 26th, Real Estate R114 announced that a total of 4,496 households (1,969 general sales) across 7 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale in the last week of August.


Major complexes include 'Yongin Centreville Greenier' in Mabuk-dong, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi Province, 'Dunsan Xi I-Park' in Tanbang-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and 'Gunsan Jigok Hanla Vivaldi 2nd Eunpa Lakeview' in Jigok-dong, Gunsan-si, Jeonbuk, where subscription applications will be accepted.


The model house is scheduled to open at one location: 'Sangdo Prugio Clavenue' in Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.


A consortium of GS Construction and HDC Hyundai Development Company will pre-sell 'Dunsan Xi I-Park' through a housing reconstruction maintenance project at 514-360 Tanbang-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. The complex consists of 12 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 42 floors above ground, with a total of 1,974 households, of which 1,353 households with exclusive areas of 59 to 145㎡ will be available for general sale.


This complex is located near Tanbang Station on Daejeon Subway Line 1, and has easy access to metropolitan railways such as KTX Seodaejeon Station and Daejeon Station, as well as expressways including the Gyeongbu Expressway and Honam Expressway. Additionally, convenience facilities such as department stores, large marts, cinemas, and academies are nearby, and numerous elementary, middle, and high schools are adjacent, providing an excellent living environment.


Daewoo Construction plans to pre-sell 'Sangdo Prugio Clavenue' at San 65-74, Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of 10 buildings, ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 18 floors above ground, with a total of 771 households and exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡.


It is close to Jangseungbaegi Station on Subway Line 7, making access to the Gangnam area convenient. For vehicle users, access to Sangdo Tunnel, Hangang Bridge, and Olympic-daero is easy. Although located in downtown Seoul, the complex is surrounded by abundant green spaces such as Sangdo Neighborhood Park, Yongmasan Park, and Boramae Park, and the entire complex is mainly oriented southward, providing good views and natural lighting.
