Daewoo E&C 'Sangdo Prugio Clavenue' Model House Opens on September 1

Sale Begins with Special Supply Starting on September 4

Daewoo E&C has unveiled the model house for 'Sangdo Prugio Clavenue,' the first 'Prugio' in Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, and is commencing the full-scale sales schedule.

Daewoo E&C announced on the 23rd that it will open the Sangdo Prugio Clavenue model house in Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu on the 1st of next month.

Sangdo Prugio Clavenue will be supplied with a total of 771 households across 10 buildings, ranging from basement level 5 to 18 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡. The average sale price is 39.63 million KRW per 3.3㎡. Unlike other newly built apartments where various options are provided at an additional cost, Sangdo Prugio Clavenue offers various options as standard, including balcony expansion for all units, built-in wardrobes in bedroom 2, system air conditioners, hybrid cooktops, and electric ovens, making the sale price reasonable.

Applications will begin with special supply on September 4th, followed by first priority on the 5th and second priority on the 6th, with winners announced on the 12th. The official contract period will be held over three days from the 25th to the 27th, and move-in is scheduled for March 2024.

Sangdo Prugio Clavenue is a new complex being sold for the first time in three years since Sangdo Station Lotte Castle Parkel (950 households) was sold in June 2020. The entire complex is mainly oriented south to maximize views and natural lighting. A pedestrian green path has been installed within the complex to ensure pedestrian safety. In particular, open balconies are installed in some units of the 74㎡A and 84㎡A types, creating a pleasant environment. Additionally, units of 74㎡ or larger feature a master bedroom powder room and dressing room, providing ample storage space.

Additionally, ample parking space of 1.22 spaces per household is provided.

Large parks nearby enhance residential comfort. Sangdo Neighborhood Park, Yongmasan Park, and Boramae Park are close by, and leisure time can be enjoyed at facilities such as the toddler forest experience center in Sangdo Neighborhood Park and Guksabong Gymnasium. Moreover, Jangseungbaegi Station on Subway Line 7 is located within 700 meters, allowing travel to Gangnam-gu Office Station in about 20 minutes without transfers, providing convenient access throughout Seoul. The nearby Sangdo Tunnel, Hangang Bridge, and Olympic-daero are easily accessible, and the proximity to the Gangnam Circular Urban Expressway and Gyeongbu Expressway makes travel by car convenient.
