On the 22nd, the Yangcheon Police Station in Seoul received a report around 9:50 PM on the 17th stating, "The car in front is driving with a missing rear wheel," and stopped Mr. A's vehicle near Yeomchang Station.
At around 9:30 PM, Mr. A had an accident while driving in Jongno-gu, hitting a curb. As a result, the rear wheel came off, but he continued driving to a repair shop.
Mr. A stated, "I thought I could drive with the wheel missing," and it was confirmed that he was not under the influence of alcohol. The police towed Mr. A's vehicle.
