Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Choi Jun-woo) will hire 26 new employees in 2023 through an open recruitment process based on job competency evaluation.
The recruitment categories are ▲general recruitment for college graduates with 21 positions (16 in Business and Economics, 5 in IT), ▲special recruitment with 2 positions (1 for persons with disabilities, 1 for veterans), and ▲high school graduate category with 3 positions (2 in Business and Economics, 1 in IT). Various preferential systems are operated to provide additional points to socially disadvantaged groups such as basic livelihood security recipients and single-parent families to promote social equity in hiring.
Applications can be submitted through the HF Corporation recruitment website by 5 p.m. on September 12. Final successful candidates who pass ▲document screening (pass/fail) ▲written test ▲first and second interviews will begin working at HF Corporation starting December.
Applicants holding domestic lawyer, Certified Public Accountant (KICPA), or domestic actuary qualifications are exempt from the written test.
HF Corporation selects all applicants except those who provide insincere information as document screening passers to offer broad opportunities. Additionally, the Financial and Economic Knowledge subject has been abolished from the written test for college-level administration (Business and Economics), and the NCS Basic Vocational Competency Assessment has been introduced.
An HF Corporation official stated, “To enhance applicants’ right to know, we have newly created an ‘Applicant Guide Manual’ and operate under the principle of full disclosure of recruitment information,” adding, “We hope that by maximizing opportunities for applicants to demonstrate their capabilities, outstanding talents suitable for the corporation will join.”
