As the housing sales market freezes, more construction companies are making bold moves by offering attractive sales conditions to capture the interest of actual buyers. Recently, amid controversies over high sale prices, companies are differentiating themselves through price competitiveness such as reasonable prices and financial benefits.


A prime example is Kumho Construction’s upcoming project, ‘Munsuro Kumho Eoullim The First,’ scheduled for sale in September in Sinjeong-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan. This complex is expected to attract significant attention by offering special sales conditions tailored to buyers' expectations.


‘Munsuro Kumho Eoullim The First’ plans to provide reasonable prices by reducing developer profits through a contractor-centered project execution and cutting unnecessary marketing costs. It will also introduce various financial benefits to ease the financial burden on buyers.


In fact, the nearby ‘I Apartment’ near Gongyeoptap, where the project is located, recorded an actual transaction price of 780 million KRW for an 84㎡ unit earlier this year, but recently the price rose by about 150 million KRW to 925 million KRW, continuing its upward trend. Meanwhile, ‘Munsuro Kumho Eoullim The First’ is offering prices in the mid-700 million KRW range.

The complex is located near Bongwol Intersection, allowing quick access to anywhere in Ulsan city and outskirts via Bongwol-ro, Samsan-ro, and Suam-ro through the Gongyeoptap Rotary. Additionally, it offers easy access to various industrial complexes such as Hyundai Motor Company and Hyundai Heavy Industries.

Meanwhile, the model house for ‘Munsuro Kumho Eoullim The First’ is located in Daldong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and is scheduled to open in September.
