The Korea Land and Housing Corporation Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Headquarters announced on the 18th that it is recruiting preliminary tenants for purchased rental housing in the areas of Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeonnam Province (Naju, Mokpo, Muan, Suncheon, Yeosu).
The purchased rental housing project involves purchasing multi-family and other houses to provide housing stability for vulnerable groups by renovating and renting them out at 30-40% of the market price.
The recruitment of preliminary tenants is conducted by LH in preparation for vacancies that may occur due to new housing purchases or contract cancellations. If selected as a preliminary tenant, contracts will be made according to the preliminary order when housing becomes available in the future.
A total of 670 households will be recruited, and the applicants must be members of non-homeowning households currently registered and residing in the relevant city, county, or district (autonomous district).
Applicants must meet the qualification requirements according to the supply type, such as recipients of livelihood or medical benefits, single-parent families under protection, persons with disabilities, and elderly persons aged 65 or older.
Applications can be submitted at the administrative welfare center of the applicant's registered residence from the 4th to the 15th of next month.
