Promotion of Payment-Based Service B2B Platform

Shinhan Card is partnering with domestic fintech company 'Travelwallet' to promote a payment service platform business for enterprises.

On the 17th, Shinhan Card announced that it signed a business agreement with Travelwallet to promote the 'Payment as a Service (PaaS) B2B platform' business utilizing the payment infrastructure and solutions of both companies.

Through this, both companies plan to provide services that allow clients to easily and quickly adopt desired solutions, such as their own payment products, based on their payment infrastructure and solutions.

Travelwallet operates 'TravelPay,' a foreign currency prepaid card with low exchange and payment fees.

A Shinhan Card official stated, "We will continuously introduce innovative payment services for customers by expanding cooperative projects with Travelwallet," adding, "This business will serve as a starting point to accelerate the execution of Shinhan Financial Group's strategic direction of 'Invisible Finance,' which naturally permeates customers' daily lives."
