Mayor Oh States, “We Will Fully Reflect Residents’ Opinions and See It Through to the End”
On June 16, Oh Eun-seok, Mayor of Dobong District, delivered a greeting at the 'Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX) Line C Environmental Impact Assessment (Draft) Resident Briefing Session' held at Seoninbong Hall on the 2nd floor of Dobong District Office.
On the 16th, Oh Eon-seok, Mayor of Dobong-gu, attended the ‘Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX) C Line Environmental Impact Assessment (Draft) Resident Briefing’ held at Seoninbong Hall on the 2nd floor of Dobong-gu Office.
In his greeting, Mayor Oh said, “We will do our best to ensure that the GTX-C line project proceeds smoothly by properly reflecting the valuable opinions of the residents,” adding, “We will thoroughly supervise and manage inconveniences such as noise and dust that may occur during construction in accordance with environmental laws, and any shortcomings will be supplemented at the district level.”
The resident briefing was organized to explain to residents the environmental issues and countermeasures that may arise from the implementation of the Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX) C Line project and to collect their opinions.
The district began the public inspection of the GTX-C line Environmental Impact Assessment on July 25. It is being conducted at the Climate and Environment Division on the 3rd floor and the Transportation Administration Division on the 2nd floor of Dobong-gu Office until August 24. Residents with opinions can submit them in writing to the inspection locations or register their opinions on the Environmental Impact Assessment Information Support System by 6 p.m. on August 31, within 7 days after the inspection period ends.
