Hwasun-gun Holds 'Family Communication Healing Camp'

On the 11th and 12th, Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 16th that a total of 37 Dream Start children and their guardians participated in a family healing camp to Muju, Jeollabuk-do and Damyang.

As part of the 'Communication Healing Camp' program with families, this camp was organized to provide an opportunity for families to feel the importance and love of family and to harmonize by having time to communicate and understand each other through various experiences.

Participants enjoyed various programs such as refreshing water play with family away from daily life, ecological exploration and gondola experience at Deogyusan National Park, a walk along the Juknokwon forest trail, and a family harmony event through recreation, receiving great responses from the camp participants.

A parent who participated in the camp said, “It was so enjoyable to get away from home and spend time with my family after a long time, and I think this trip will remain memorable for a long time.”

An official from the county stated, “We will continue to develop various customized programs for Dream Start children and families to help children grow up bright and healthy.”

Meanwhile, Hwasun-gun Dream Start provides customized integrated services such as health, childcare, and welfare for vulnerable children under the age of 12 and their families to support the healthy growth and development of children.
