LG CNS is currently providing its AI English conversation learning platform, 'SpeakingClass,' to 12 metropolitan and provincial offices of education nationwide, including ▲Seoul ▲Gyeonggi Province ▲Busan. It also possesses expertise in building and operating education-related specialized systems, such as providing the foreign language learning app 'AI Tutor' to AEON, an educational company operating over 250 language schools in Japan.
LG CNS will build MiraeN's AI digital textbook platform based on cloud technology. In a cloud environment, even if hundreds of thousands of students and teachers access simultaneously, the server automatically scales up, enabling stable service.
LG CNS will integrate its proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) into this platform. The LMS includes functions such as ▲video lectures ▲assignment management ▲grade input. LG CNS plans to develop an LMS that enhances user convenience by deploying user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) experts. The system will provide a dashboard where assignment status and grades of students can be viewed simultaneously in graphical form. Teachers will be able to customize various learning contents according to each student's academic achievement.
They are also considering adding AI assistant teacher features that accurately and promptly generate feedback on students' academic performance and AI tutor functions for personalized learning. This is to effectively support teachers in student guidance and counseling.
Park Sang-gyun, Executive Vice President and Head of the D&A Division at LG CNS, said, "We will mobilize all of LG CNS's digital transformation capabilities to ensure that MiraeN's AI digital textbook platform becomes an effective personalized learning tool in school classrooms."
