Dobong-gu forms its own expert committee pool to provide free consulting support...1:1 matching of small business owners with experts in 7 fields, with direct on-site visits
Applications open from August 14 until budget is exhausted
Dobong-gu (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) is recruiting applicants for the 'Dobong-gu Smart Innovation Support Group' consulting service for small business owners.
Starting with a pilot project last year, the district announced that it began recruiting applicants from August 14 for the 'Dobong-gu Smart Innovation Support Group,' which was established to provide more professional and detailed management support in addition to the 'Small Business Manager System'?the first of its kind in Seoul?supporting store-by-store business activities.
This reflects Mayor Oh Eon-seok’s strong commitment to revitalizing local commercial districts and the economy through listening to the difficulties and opinions from the field and providing practical support.
Mayor Oh Eon-seok stated, “To create a vibrant local economy, it is essential to first create an environment where small business owners can secure a stable business foundation and develop self-sustainability,” explaining the background of the support group initiative.
The Dobong-gu Smart Innovation Support Group aims to provide practical assistance through consultations with experts to small business owners facing difficulties in operating their businesses amid rapidly changing management environments.
Previously, the district built the Smart Innovation Support Group expert pool by receiving expert recommendations from the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation. The pool consists of specialists in marketing, startups, business consulting, labor affairs, tax accounting, and other fields.
Consulting is conducted through direct on-site visits by experts. Each small business owner is matched 1:1 with an expert, and up to two consulting sessions are provided per field.
The support covers seven fields: ▲Digital Transformation (online platform entry and operation, SNS marketing, online promotional content creation) ▲Store Presentation (interior, space/product/BI/CI design display, VMD, etc.) ▲Menu Development (recipes, take-out menu development, meal-kit development, menu planning, food styling, etc.) ▲Tax and Accounting (diagnosis and consulting on VAT, comprehensive income tax, etc.) ▲Labor (employee management, drafting and precautions for labor contracts, wages, four major social insurances, etc.) ▲Credit Management (debt adjustment and credit management consulting including credit recovery, personal rehabilitation, bankruptcy, etc.) ▲Business Closure (business feasibility analysis, reemployment/startup counseling, industry conversion consulting, etc.). For other fields, support is provided within the scope of expert consulting capabilities.
Applicants should prepare the required documents and submit them via email to the person in charge or visit the Regional Economy Division on the 6th floor of Dobong-gu Office. Recruitment continues until the budget is exhausted. Detailed support requirements, application methods, and forms can be found on the Dobong-gu website (Notice Board → Announcements).
Mayor Oh Eon-seok of Dobong-gu said, “I hope that small business owners in Dobong-gu can resolve their operational difficulties through the professional consulting provided by the Smart Innovation Support Group.”
