Nada Digital (CEO Yoon Yeol Lee) announced that it has signed a strategic partnership with blockchain investment firm Assemble Block (CEO Seung Ah Yoon).
Through this partnership, both companies will strategically collaborate to expand their business areas to support the acceleration and innovation of mobile games developed by enterprises and blockchain technology, thereby enhancing their competitiveness in the global market.
'Slime World,' operated by Nada Digital, is a blockchain-based P2E game that anyone can enjoy lightly and easily. Nada Token is a token used in blockchain-based games and project metaverses. Currently, it is planned to be exchanged at the in-game exchange for Orihalcon, which is earned by playing 'Slime World,' and will later be used as a base currency in various blockchain services.
Assemble Block is a Korean blockchain investment company that provides investment anchors and specialized investment consulting for China. It was jointly founded by JHL Capital and Sunic Capital, which have invested in over 20 blockchain projects including Coinbene, Mossland, TokenPost, and MixMarvel.
Assemble Block’s CEO Seung Ah Yoon previously served as manager of Danal’s overseas business division, project manager at Party Games, and director of NHN Entertainment’s overseas business division. She led support for the overseas expansion of domestic game and blockchain startup companies and received a commendation from the Chairman of the Industry, Trade and Small and Medium Venture Business Committee at the ‘2019 Korea Sustainable Innovation Leader Awards’ ceremony.
Both companies plan to develop a friendly and trusting relationship as a blockchain-based P2E game developer and blockchain investment firm, delivering the best technologies and services to each other.
