On the 11th, at the temporary shareholders' meeting held at Gran Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul, Vice Chairman Lim bowed his head and said, "I deeply reflect on and sincerely apologize for causing concern to our shareholders due to the recent accident at the Geomdan apartments in Incheon."
He added, "Taking this incident as an opportunity, we will do our best to become a trusted Xi brand among shareholders and customers," and said, "We will adhere to basic principles and reform our actions and culture to become a sustainable company that provides trust and stability."
Meanwhile, at the temporary shareholders' meeting held that day, Choi Hyun-sook, a legal advisor at Kim & Chang law firm who previously served as Vice President of IBK Industrial Bank and CEO of IBK Capital, was appointed as the new outside director and audit committee member.
