According to the police investigation, A grabbed taxi driver B's arm and pulled it toward her thigh, demanding that he touch her while they were on the way to her destination in Ungcheon-dong, Yeosu City.

During this incident, A also demanded that the taxi's black box be turned off and struggled with taxi driver B for about 10 minutes before getting off the vehicle.

Taxi driver B filed a complaint with the police, claiming he was sexually assaulted.

The police analyzed CCTV footage around the location where passenger A got off to confirm her identity.

During the police investigation, A reportedly stated, "I drank a lot and don't remember."

The police are also considering applying charges of assault and are investigating whether the crime was premeditated and if there are any additional offenses.
